Irene Cemas, B.Sc.PT, CAFC

Irene Cemas has been practicing physiotherapy since 1993 upon graduating from the University of Toronto. She has enjoyed caring for individuals and families in the Caledon region since 2001. Her interests involve integrating orthopaedic physiotherapy training with complementary manual therapy techniques, such as myofascial release, acupuressure and craniosacral therapy to name a few.

She is trained in Stott Pilates techniques which have been a key component of her postural correction and exercise training for all clients. Irene also has been practicing acupuncture since 2005 and has found it a very rewarding experience. She enjoys the ongoing education she receives through working with team members who are trained in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Irene's varied work experiences have allowed her to treat clients of all ages. This includes a wide array of orthopaedic, sport, cardiorespiratory and neurological conditions. She particularly enjoys working with clients who come to her with unique, long standing physical challenges.

In her leisure time, Irene enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, yoga, visiting art galleries, and sampling chocolate from around the world.


Ranjit (Rani) Bains, B.Sc.P.T., Hon.B.Sc.

Rani has a Bachelor of Sciences in Physiotherapy from Queen's University, where she graduated in 2005. She also completed her Bachelor of Sciences in Biology at McMaster University in 2002.

She has enjoyed being a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and her practical training has taken place in several communities in Ontario giving her great exposure to a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions.

Rani is a strong believer in promoting a healthy lifestyle, and likes to keep fit by attending the gym regularly. Her specific interests in physiotherapy include Myofascial Release, McKenzie spinal treatment technique, as well as a variety of orthopaedic based conditions. She has taken post graduate courses in all of these areas and is also learning acupuncture.

In her free time, Rani can be found enjoying yoga, kick boxing, working out and experimenting with international cuisine.


Len Kiroplis, BHSc.P.T., BScH.

Len has enjoyed a diverse career in physiotherapy, ranging from sports therapy in the locations of Telluride, Glenwood Springs and Craig, Colorado, to outpatient care and home health care in the Gulf Coast of Florida.

He graduated from McMaster University in 1994 with his Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy and also has a Bachelor Degree in Biology from Queen's University.

Len has been involved in direct care and management of physiotherapy services in Brampton, Ontario since 1998 and in Bolton since 2006. His work related interests and continued education include acupuncture, McKenzie technique, Mulligan technique, therapeutic taping and many other forms of manual therapy. He firmly believes in practioners' life long learning and innovative methods to assist in the healing process as effectively as possible. "Where there is difficulty and pain in movement, there is always a way to healing and return to normal daily activities.

Outside of work, Len enjoys skiing, mountain biking, golf, beach volleyball, food, travel, the internet, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

Tom Kiroplis - MSc., D.Ac., D.TCM.

Tom has practiced Acupuncture since 1997 when he earned a Diploma of Acupuncture from the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Toronto. During the same year, he had the opportunity to learn additional acupuncture techniques through a clinical placement program affiliated with the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China.

Tom continued his studies at the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Toronto by learning Chinese Herbal Medicine and was awarded a Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2000.

Tom's educational background also includes a Masters of Science Administration from Niagara University (1997), a Bachelors of Education from the University of Toronto (1991 and a Bachelors of Arts - Physical Education, from Brock University (1989).

He has been the Vice President of the Ontario Acupuncture Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine since 1998 and has been involved in voicing his association's input into the efforts to regulate Acupuncture in Ontario. He has spoken about Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine numerous times to a variety of groups in the Peel Region and is available for further speaking engagements upon request. In his free time, Tom enjoy playing and watching hockey, landscaping, and teaching courses for the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dina Roque, PTA

Dina received her Physiotherapy Assistant Diploma at CDI College in 2006. Having worked in the fitness industry for many years, she has developed a great sense of crafting specific exercise programs for physiotherapy patients who are either currently receiving treatment or have just been discharged from their program.

In addition, Dina also assists in maintaining a smooth operation at Albion Hills Physiotherapy by helping with the set up and administration of all modalities provided, including ultrasound, IFC, acupuncture, laser, and heat/cold treatments.

Dina has also been a Personal Trainer since 2000 and has extensive experience with clients interested in general fitness. Classes that she has instructed include: Aerobics, Tae Bo and Cardio.

Dina complements her services with her certification of the Zone Perfect Meal Plan. This enables her to facilitate clients interested in healthy eating, sensible nutrition and general weight loss (for this service, please contact us at 905-951-7051).

In her spare time, Dina is busy concocting healthy snacks and meals in preparation for her busy days or can often be found at the gym where she seldom misses a workout. She also loves shopping for high heels and is famous for her lime green "Pixie" shoes.

Tracy Weyermars, B.Sc. (Kinesiology)

Tracy assists the physiotherapists with supervision of patient exercise programs, application of therapeutic modalities, biomechanics and ergonomic education, and general maintenance of the treatment areas. She is a Certified Kinesiologist who also holds level 3 certification in coaching.

Tracy enjoys fitness and training and strives to achieve optimal health on a daily basis. She loves to help others achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Outside of work, you will find Tracy involved in gymnastics, soccer and swimming.

Ruth Richards - Office Manager

Ruth is the friendliest, most helpful office manager/receptionist in town! She has worked in health administration for many years and combines her "know how" with daily compassion for each client she serves. Whether you want to know how payment of physiotherapy services works or need a last minute appointment, she knows all the tricks to make your rehab experience as smooth as possible both on the administrative side and on the clinical side (where she is often also seen giving a helping hand).

Ruth's loves and interests include cats, travel, Tim Horton's coffee, and anything from England. On a nice summer day, you'll often find her on the back of her husband's Harley checking out the scenery of Albion Hills.
